Last friday the kids and I drove almost 4 hours down to South Fork, CO. I hadn't seen my freshman roommate from Point Loma in about 15 years (how does that happen??) Her husband was also from Point Loma so it was great to visit with them and get to meet the kids. Her parent's were also there who I knew from way back when too. I am so glad we were close enough to connect even for a short while (they live in Texas). I hope we can get together again before too much time escapes us. We had fun that year back in 1989/90!! It was also great to drive through some of the south/western part of Colorado that I had not seen before- beautiful countryside! I am so glad we get to live here!!!
