Back But Buried

We returned from our month in California last monday evening. I had hopes of posting all our pics long before now, but the days are a bit full and overwhelming at the moment. There of course is the unpacking, mounds of laundry, a dirty house, dishes so covering the counters it makes it hard to find any space to work in. Add the fact that Dave was in the middle of tearing out our old linoleum in the kitchen and putting new in- so that is a bit more chaos than norm. Plus we are readying for school to start next week along with a guest next week, who may end up renting a room here for awhile. AND we have all 3 boys birthdays coming up in the next two and a half weeks. (Plus the Olympics are on now-Dave wouldn't miss the swimming for anything. Lexi got into it last night while watching gymnastics. She was walking around waving her hands in the air and then after they did their finish-she would lift both her hands in the air like she had done her landing too) We had a GREAT time in California- lots of visiting with family and friends, time at the pool and beach and another sister married off. I do have lots to share, but it may take a bit more time.
