they ended up playing red rover, red rover... out side. It was a beautiful day (we have lots of those!)
Yesterday was our official 1 year in Colorado Springs- hard to believe- it has really flown by. It is nice to know we have seen all the seasons and still REALLY like it! We are just now a whole year later feeling pretty settled. Our first year was full of unpacking, getting new license plates, drivers license, etc, lots of visitors, learning our way around, looking for a house to buy, looking for a church, packing up again, unpacking again, 2 trips to California, fixing up our new house, changing schools. NOW we are getting settled in. Although we can still miss our family and friends we soooo love it here and can't imagine being anywhere else.
