This is our soon to be house! We put an offer in this weekend and just signed the loan papers the other day. It should be ours around the 5th of May. This is not the best shot of it, but it has a big tree right in front that makes it hard to photograph from the front. A few things on the list to change- take some of the bushes out and get rid of the blue paint. Don't know when those will happen, but they are on the never ending "things to do around the house" list. It is a 5 bedroom, 3 bath, 22oo square feet, good sized back yard for $175,000. Not too bad! We had been living in the northwest part of town and this is a little more south east. It needs a little attention inside like some carpeting, paint, maybe change out the pinkish kitchen counter, but all in all not too much HAS to be done. So ya'll come visit!! (or move here- whichever:)

it was so nice to hear from you. i had heard that you all moved to colorado. that is so wonderful! i am glad you love it. we love slo, but miss family. my dad is really sick again and has actually been given about a year to enjoy his wonderful life. it's hard being away from that, but i am so glad to have him now! how are all the kiddos... they are so beautiful!
